PennDOT Basic Agent Service Training

This PennDOT Basic Agent Service Training course is designed to provide essential education for card agents, full agents, and vehicle dealers authorized to issue temporary registration cards and plates. As mandated by Act 152 of 2002, all agents must sign contracts with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) and complete an approved training course to ensure compliance with state regulations.
